If an agreement is not reached, the faculty member may submit a written statement explaining the faculty member's position. The election of the faculty member not to submit such a written rebuttal does not indicate agreement with the information. If a faculty member elects to file a written rebuttal, the University's failure to respond does not indicate agreement with the faculty member's response. Faculty members shall have the right to make reasonable additions to the faculty members' faculty record.
