Pursuant to the Supplemental Employment Benefit (SEB) Plan, for those who opt for the extended parental leave, the extended parental leave allowance will consist of a maximum of 61 weekly payments equivalent to the overall amount the employee would have received with 35 weekly payments calculated under the standard parental leave allowance. Where both parents are employees of the Commission, the employees shall determine the apportionment of the 35 weekly payments spread out over 61 weeks extended parental leave between them.
