Purpose of the Agreement and Program. The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which GPS and GSPA will coordinate and implement a dual master’s degree program (“Program”) beginning in academic year 2021-2022. The relationship between GSPA’s Global Master of Public Administration (GMPA) and GPS’s Master of Advanced Studies in International Affairs (MAS-IA) was developed through mutual cooperation between the Graduate School of Public Administration at Seoul National University, Seoul, Republic of Korea, and the School of Global Policy and Strategy at the University of California, San Diego, La Jolla, California, USA. The purpose of the Program is to offer selected students at both institutions the opportunity to study in the one-year, full-time GMPA (for MAS-IA students) or MAS-IA (for GMPA students) program. Both the GMPA and MAS-IA degrees are designed for experienced professionals and can be completed in two semesters (for MAS-IA students in the GMPA program) or three terms/quarters (for GMPA students in the MAS-IA program) under this Agreement. The academic year for the GMPA program begins in the fall. Both GMPA and MAS-IA students will complete their first-year requirements at their home institutions before entering the MAS-IA degree or GMPA degree, respectively. Upon successful completion of the Program, students will obtain both a master’s degree from GSPA and a master’s degree from GPS.

Purpose of the Agreement and Program. The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which UC San Diego Structural Engineering and NCTU Civil Engineering will establish and administer a cooperative sequential bachelor/master’s degree program (“Program”) beginning in academic year 2021-2022. Students participating in the Program may earn a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering at NCTU and a Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering at UC San Diego by completing at least three years of coursework at NCTU’s Civil Engineering and at least two years of coursework at UC San Diego’s Structural Engineering. Students shall complete all graduation requirements to earn a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree at NCTU within one year of study at UC San Diego. Credits earned at UC San Diego can be transferred back according to NCTU's regulation.

  • Performance of the Agreement 2.1 The Designer must make every effort to perform the work commissioned carefully and independently, to promote the client’s interests to the best of his or her ability and to aim to achieve a result that is useful to the client, as can and may be expected of a reasonably and professionally acting designer. To the extent necessary the Designer must keep the client informed of the progress of the work.

  • Formation of the Agreement 2.1 The Agreement is binding upon Supplier after accepting the Purchase Order as evidenced by acknowledgement, supply of Goods and/or performance of Services. Versuni expressly rejects Supplier’s general conditions of sale.
