BXXX agrees to use all reasonable efforts to require its vendors to comply with the terms and conditions of this Annex A Article 2 as they apply to Vendor Parts. Vendor Parts shall be delivered in accordance with the vendor's quoted lead time plus BRAD's internal processing time.
