Common use of Purchase of Vendor Parts & Power Plant Parts Clause in Contracts

Purchase of Vendor Parts & Power Plant Parts. BXXX shall not be obligated to maintain a stock of Power Plant Parts. BXXX maintains a spares stock of selected Vendor Parts at its own discretion to support provisioning and replenishment sales. BXXX agrees to use all reasonable efforts to require its vendors to comply with the terms and conditions of this Annex A Article 2 as they apply to Vendor Parts. Vendor Parts shall be delivered in accordance with the vendor's quoted lead time plus BRAD's internal processing time.
