Public Information and Communication. Improvement of the communication of information regarding social assistance policies and services, through the development and implementation of a public information campaign and the provision of assistance, television and radio time aimed at increasing the level of public awareness of the system of social assistance in the Borrower’s territory and key steps of its reform. and encompassing, inter alia, publication of analytical, informational and educational articles in the national press, production of information materials, the holding of press conferences and round tables on social assistance administration reform, the carrying out of public opinion polls of target audiences and population at large.   • Public Information The State will comply with Government Code, Chapter 552, the Public Information Act, and 43 Texas Administrative Code §3.10 et seq. in the release of information produced under this contract.

  • Information and communication The Parties shall support the development of modern methods of information handling, including the media, and stimulate the effective mutual exchange of information. Priority shall be given to programmes aimed at providing the general public with basic information about the Community and the Republic of Azerbaijan, including, where possible, access to databases, in full respect of intellectual property rights.

  • Public Information and Confidentiality Information related to the performance of this Contract may be subject to the Public Information Act and will be withheld from public disclosure or released to the public only in accordance therewith. Performing Agency shall make any information required under the Public Information Act available to the System Agency in portable document file (“.pdf”) format or any other format agreed between the Parties. To the extent permitted by law, Performing Agency and the System Agency agree to keep all information confidential, in whatever form produced, prepared, observed, or received by Performing Agency or the System Agency. The provisions of this section remain in full force and effect following termination or cessation of the services performed under this Contract.

  • Basic Information The Agent will thoroughly familiarize itself with the character, location, construction, layout, plan and operation of the Project, and especially the electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning and ventilating systems, the elevators and all other mechanical equipment.

  • - CLEC INFORMATION CLEC agrees to work with Qwest in good faith to promptly complete or update, as applicable, Qwest’s “New Customer Questionnaire” to the extent that CLEC has not already done so, and CLEC shall hold Qwest harmless for any damages to or claims from CLEC caused by CLEC’s failure to promptly complete or update the questionnaire.

  • Public Information Act Contractor understands that HHS will comply with the Texas Public Information Act (Chapter 552 of the Texas Government Code) as interpreted by judicial rulings and opinions of the Attorney General of the State of Texas. Information, documentation, and other material prepared and submitted in connection with this Contract or any related Solicitation may be subject to public disclosure pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act. In accordance with Section 2252.907 of the Texas Government Code, Contractor is required to make any information created or exchanged with the State pursuant to the Contract, and not otherwise excepted from disclosure under the Texas Public Information Act, available in a format that is accessible by the public at no additional charge to the State.

  • Confidentiality and Safeguarding of University Records; Press Releases; Public Information Under this Agreement, Contractor may (1) create, (2) receive from or on behalf of University, or (3) have access to, records or record systems (collectively, University Records). Among other things, University Records may contain social security numbers, credit card numbers, or data protected or made confidential or sensitive by Applicable Laws. At the request of University, Contractor agrees to provide University with a written summary of the procedures Contractor uses to safeguard and maintain the confidentiality of University Records.

  • Communications and Confidentiality The Contractor agrees that it will make no statements, press releases, or publicity releases concerning the Contract or its subject matter or otherwise disclose or permit to be disclosed any of the data or other information obtained or furnished in compliance with the Contract, or any particulars thereof, during the period of the Contract, without first notifying the Department’s Contract Manager or the Department designated contact person and securing prior written consent. The Contractor must maintain confidentiality of all confidential data, files, and records related to the services and commodities provided pursuant to the Contract and must comply with all state and federal laws, including, but not limited to sections 381.004, 384.29, 392.65, and 456.057, F.S. The Contractor’s confidentiality procedures must be consistent with the most recent version of the Department security policies, protocols, and procedures. The Contractor must also comply with any applicable professional standards with respect to confidentiality of information.
