Common use of Provisional Appointments Clause in Contracts

Provisional Appointments. In the case of a supervisor working under a provisional appointment, Classification Seniority shall be credited back to the date of hire at the time a supervisor begins to serve a probationary period in a related classification.

Provisional Appointments. In the case of a supervisor working under a provisional appointment, 8 Classification Seniority shall be credited back to the date of hire at the time a supervisor begins to 9 serve a probationary period in a related classification.
