Provision of Hosted Service. (1) With effect from the Commencement Date, GreenOrbit will provide the Hosted Service to the Customer and its Users in accordance with this Agreement.
Provision of Hosted Service. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Service Provider will make the Hosted Service and the related User documentation found at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/services-support/customer-support/documentation (“Documentation”) available to Customer and its Users after mutual execution of the applicable Quote.
Provision of Hosted Service. BlackLine will: (a) make the Hosted Service available to you pursuant to this Agreement and the applicable Order Forms and Documentation; and (b) provide support as set forth at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/support/service-level/ at no additional charge (“Essential Support”), or an upgraded level of support if purchased. BlackLine reserves the right to modify its Essential Support with commercially reasonable prior notice to you.
