Prospectus Supplement. The Company shall have filed with the Commission the Prospectus Supplement pursuant to Rule 424(b) under the Securities Act not later than the Commission’s close of business on the second Business Day following the date of this Agreement.
Prospectus Supplement. The Prospectus Supplement, dated May 30, 2007, relating to the offering of the Offered Certificates in the form in which it was or will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to Rule 424(b) under the 1933 Act with respect to the offer and sale of the Offered Certificates.
Prospectus Supplement. The Company shall file a 424(b) Prospectus Supplement reflecting this Amendment within 2 business days of the date hereof.

The Prospectus Supplement shall have been filed with the Qualifying Authorities under the Shelf Procedures and in accordance with this Agreement, all requests for additional information on the part of the Qualifying Authorities shall have been complied with to the reasonable satisfaction of the Agent and the Agent’s counsel and the Exemption shall remain in full force and effect without amendment.
Prospectus Supplement. The Company agrees to file a prospectus supplement pursuant to Rule 424(b) under the Securities Act reflecting this Amendment on the date hereof.
