Properties expropriated. According to land and mortgage registers and excerpts from the LBR, the real properties, which will be subject to permanent leases, are owned by the State Treasury (38 plots), the Lubuskie voivodeship, the commune of Cedynia, a natural person and a legal person (joint-stock company). In the case of plots owned by the State Treasury, 16 of them are managed by the Regional Water Management Authority in Szczecin, three by the National Support Centre for Agriculture Regional Office in Gorzów Wielkopolski, three by the State Forest Farm State Forests Inspectorate Mieszkowice, three by the National Support Centre for Agriculture Regional Office in Szczecin, one by the State Forest Inspectorate Rzepin, and three properties are owned by the State Treasury – KOWR, Branch in Szczecin by the Regional Environment Protection Directorate in Szczecin. Two properties owned by the State Treasury are in perpetual usufruct of legal persons – joint-stock company and limited liability company.   • Properties and Leases Except as would not, individually or in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Company Material Adverse Effect, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries have good and marketable title to all real properties and all other properties and assets owned by them, in each case free from liens, encumbrances, claims and defects that would affect the value thereof or interfere with the use made or to be made thereof by them. Except as would not, individually or in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Company Material Adverse Effect, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries hold all leased real or personal property under valid and enforceable leases with no exceptions that would interfere with the use made or to be made thereof by them.

  • Environmental Regulations The Contractor shall conduct activities in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and other requirements of the Contract relating to the environment and its protection at all times. Unless otherwise specifically determined, the Owner is responsible for obtaining and maintaining permits related to stormwater run-off. The Contractor shall conduct operations consistent with stormwater run-off permit conditions. Contractor is responsible for all items it brings to the Site, including hazardous materials, and all such items brought to the Site by its Subcontractors and suppliers, or by other entities subject to direction of the Contractor. The Contractor shall not incorporate hazardous materials into the Work without prior approval of Owner, and shall provide an affidavit attesting to such in association with the request for the Substantial Completion Inspection.

  • STRIKES AND SANCTIONS 19.1 The Association and the Board subscribe to the principle that differences shall be resolved by peaceful and appropriate means without interruption of the school program. The Association, therefore, agrees that it will not sponsor nor support any strike, sanction, work stoppage, or other concerted refusal to perform work by the teachers covered by this Agreement, nor any instigation thereof, during the life of this Agreement, nor shall the Board engage in any form of lockout against teachers.

  • B8 Property B8.1 Where the Client issues Property free of charge to the Contractor such Property shall be and remain the property of the Client and the Contractor irrevocably licences the Client and its agents to enter upon any premises of the Contractor during normal business hours on reasonable notice to recover any such Property. The Contractor shall not in any circumstances have a lien or any other interest on the Property and the Contractor shall at all times possess the Property as fiduciary agent and bailee of the Client. The Contractor shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that the title of the Client to the Property and the exclusion of any such lien or other interest are brought to the notice of all sub-contractors and other appropriate persons and shall, at the Client’s request, store the Property separately and ensure that it is clearly identifiable as belonging to the Client.

  • No Storing Hazardous Articles Not to keep or store any offensive, combustible, obnoxious, hazardous or dangerous articles in the said Apartment, the Common Areas, and the Building.

  • Dangerous Goods, Special Wastes, Pesticides and Harmful Substances Where employees are required to work with or are exposed to any dangerous good, special waste, pesticide or harmful substance, the Employer shall ensure that the employees are adequately trained in the identification, safe handling, use, storage, and/or disposal of same.
