Properties means, unless otherwise specifically limited, real or personal property of any kind, tangible or intangible, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ or inchoate.

• In addition, the Servicer shall make available copies to each Privileged Person on the Servicer’s website each of the following items delivered to the Servicer by the Borrowers under the terms of the Whole Loan: (i) quarterly and annual operating statements, financial statements, budgets and rent rolls of the Properties, (ii) the quarterly and annual financial statements of the Borrowers and (iii) any updates, supplements, amendments or revisions to any of the items described in clause (i) through (ii).

More Definitions of Properties

Properties means such interests in real property and personal property including without limitation, fee interests, interests in ground leases, interests in joint ventures, interests in mortgages, and Debt instruments as the Partnership may hold from time to time.
