The Pronunciation clause defines how specific words or terms within a document should be spoken or articulated. It typically provides phonetic guidance or clarifies the correct verbal expression of names, technical terms, or foreign words that may otherwise be mispronounced. This clause ensures that all parties refer to key terms consistently and accurately in verbal communications, reducing confusion and promoting clear understanding.
