Denunciation definition

Denunciation means strong condemnation, the opposite of compliment.
Denunciation means an individual, according to the procedures prescribed by this Law, notifying a competent organization or individual of a violation committed by any organization or individual which causes or threatens to cause damage to the State interests or legitimate rights and interests of organizations and individuals, including:
Denunciation means a declaration made for the termination of a treaty by fulfilling the formalities mentioned in the treaty.

Examples of Denunciation in a sentence

  • Denunciation shall take effect six months after notification to the other Party.

  • Denunciation shall take effect three years after the end of the year in which it has been notified.

  • Denunciation shall take effect one month after notification to the other Party.

  • Denunciation shall take effect six (6) months after the notification referred to in paragraph 2.
