Promotion or Transfer. (a) Any employee in the bargaining unit who is granted a promotion or transfer by the Employer to a position within the bargaining unit shall be on a trial period for thirty (30) calendar days. During this trial period, the employee must demonstrate that he/she can satisfy the requirements of the work performance criteria for the job, to the satisfaction of the Employer.
