Project and Project Area. The “Project” shall mean the Existing Xxxxx as shown on Exhibit “A”, and the development of the Project Area (occasionally referred to as the “Greater Paradigm Project Area”, which encompasses all of the Boomtown, North Paradigm, South Paradigm and Paradox Project Areas) by the drilling of New Xxxxx. For purposes of this Participation Agreement, the term “Proportionate Share” shall be determined on a well by well basis, and shall mean an amount equal to each Participants’ respective working interest in the applicable lease or well owned or acquired by NDL, in the proportions set forth on Exhibit “A”.

  • Project 3.01. The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project. To this end, the Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • Project Work PURCHASER shall complete the following projects in accordance with the specifications provided in Exhibits B, C, D, E, and F and written instructions from STATE.   • Equipment and Property A. The Grantee must ensure equipment with a per-unit cost of $5,000 or greater purchased with grant funds under this award is used solely for the purpose of this Grant or is properly pro-rated for use under this Grant. Grantee must have control systems to prevent loss, damage, or theft of property funded under this Grant. Grantee shall maintain equipment management and inventory procedures for equipment, whether acquired in part or whole with grant funds, until disposition occurs.

  • Existing Improvements The existing Improvements, if any, were constructed, and are being used and maintained, in accordance with all applicable Laws, including zoning Laws.
