Progression within the PASM Grade. A staff member employed on the PASM salary grade may apply annually for progression within the PASM salary scale in accordance with each Institute’s policy. Progression within the PASM Grade will be by annual review of the staff member’s professional practice which will refer to the PASM criteria in Schedule B.

Progression within the PASM Grade. Progression with the PASM Grade will be by application by the employee to the Promotions panel annually, and is reviewed against the criteria in Schedule C. This review will be carried out according to policies and procedures developed and reviewed in consultation with TEU. Any increase/salary movement within the PASM Grade will be no less than $1000.00. Where the difference between the salary of the employee and the top of the salary grade is less than $1000.00 the employee will be moved to the top of thegrade.
