Overtime Limits Sample Clauses
The Overtime Limits clause sets a maximum threshold on the number of overtime hours an employee may work within a specified period. Typically, this clause outlines the weekly or monthly cap on overtime, ensuring that employees do not exceed a certain number of extra hours beyond their regular schedule. By establishing these boundaries, the clause helps prevent excessive workloads, supports compliance with labor regulations, and protects both employer and employee from disputes related to overtime compensation.
