Professional Assistance and Clerical Assistance. The Trustees may employ other professional and non-professional assistance, including but not limited to legal counsel, investment performance measurement services, governance auditors, other professional advisors, clerical staff and such other persons as, in their absolute discretion, they determine necessary for the effective functioning of the Fund. The Trustees shall have the authority to terminate such aforementioned persons with or without cause and appoint a successor. The person so appointed shall assume such duties and responsibilities as may be delegated to him by the Trustees from time to time.

  • Legal Assistance The Board shall give full support including legal and other assistance for any assault upon the employee while properly acting in the discharge of his/her duties.

COALITION will offer technical assistance for providers on probation. The technical assistance will be designed to facilitate the development and implementation of an improvement plan. The technical assistance will be offered in a manner and schedule prescribed by the COALITION or school district.

  • Training Assistance (a) Employees shall be reimbursed for one hundred percent (100%) of the tuition for job-related courses approved by the Employer.
