Procurement Charge and Refurbishing Fee. In addition to the Management Fee, the Association shall pay Manager, within ten (10) days of the invoice, the following “Other Fees” as and when applicable: (a) a procurement charge with respect to certain items of furniture, fixtures, equipment and operating supplies purchased by Manager on behalf of the Association in the performance of Manager’s functions under this Agreement in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total cost of all such purchases, excluding freight, storage charges, insurance premiums and sales, value-added, or similar taxes, and (b) a refurbishing fee in an amount to be set by the Manager with respect to any Property refurbishing plan or capital improvement program which requires a significant involvement by Manager in terms of supervision, planning, design, or coordination.

  • MANAGEMENT CHARGE 16.1 In consideration of the establishment and award of this Framework Agreement and the management and administration by the Authority of the same, the Supplier agrees to pay to the Authority the Management Charge in accordance with Clause 16.2 below.

  • In Charge Allowance (a) A registered nurse who is designated to be in charge during the day, evening or night of a residential aged care facility shall be paid in addition to his or her appropriate salary, whilst so in charge, the per shift allowance set out in Item 8 (for less than 100 beds) or Item 9 (for 100 or more beds) of Table 2 of Schedule B to this Agreement.

  • Cleaning Fee Tenant hereby agrees to accept property in its present state of cleanliness. They agree to return the property in the same condition or pay a $200.00 minimum cleaning fee if the Landlord has to have the property professionally cleaned.

  • Training Costs All costs and expenses incurred by the Contractor in training as is required under Article 22 of the Contract.

  • Construction Management Fee The Construction Management Fee for the Project shall be either a ☒Lump Sum or ☐Not-To-Exceed Fee of Fifty-One Thousand, Four Hundred Fifty-Six Dollars and Twenty-Three Cents ($51,456.23). NOTE: Allowances will be on a Not-To-Exceed basis. All unused funds will be returned to the School District at the time of construction closeout.   • FILOT Payments on Replacement Property If the Company or any Sponsor Affiliate elects to replace any Removed Components and to substitute such Removed Components with Replacement Property as a part of the Economic Development Property, or the Company or any Sponsor Affiliate otherwise utilizes Replacement Property, then, pursuant and subject to the provisions of Section 12-44-60 of the FILOT Act, the Company or such Sponsor Affiliate shall make statutory payments in lieu of ad valorem taxes with regard to such Replacement Property in accordance with the following:

  • CONTRACT CHARGES The Contract Charges for the Services shall be structured using any of the following pricing mechanisms (as may be agreed by the Parties and set out in an SOW); Capped Time and Materials; Price per Story; Time and Materials; Fixed Price (to be used only for Services that are ancillary to software development services); or using such other pricing mechanism or combination of pricing mechanism thereof as may be agreed by the Parties. In consideration of the Supplier’s performance of its obligations under this Contract and in consideration of the specific services that are set out in an applicable SOW, the Customer shall pay the undisputed Contract Charges in accordance with the relevant SOW for the Release and the payment provisions set out at Clause 14 (Payment and VAT). The Customer shall, in addition to the Contract Charges and following delivery by the Supplier of an Invoice, pay the Supplier a sum equal to the VAT chargeable on the value of the Services supplied in accordance with this Contract. If at any time during this Contract Period the Supplier reduces its framework Prices for any Services which are provided under the framework Agreement (whether or not such Services are offered in a catalogue (if any) which is provided under the framework Agreement) in accordance with the terms of the framework Agreement, the Supplier shall immediately reduce the Contract Charges for such Services under this Contract by the same amount. The Supplier shall in any event ensure that the Contract Charges are at all times compliant and consistent with the charging structure set out in framework Schedule 8 (Charging Structure) and do not exceed the prices set out therein.
