In Charge Allowance. (a) A registered nurse who is designated to be in charge during the day, evening or night of a residential aged care facility shall be paid in addition to his or her appropriate salary, whilst so in charge, the per shift allowance set out in Item 8 (for less than 100 beds) or Item 9 (for 100 or more beds) of Table 2 of Schedule B to this Agreement.
In Charge Allowance. A Charge Hand, designated as such by an authorized representative of the Board, shall be paid an In- Charge Allowance of thirty-eight ($.38) cents per hour. As of July 1, 2020, this allowance will increase to fifty ($.50) cents per hour.
In Charge Allowance. (a) An employee who is required by the Company to be in charge of other employees shall be paid an extra $1.00 per hour in addition to the ordinary hourly rates prescribed above.

In Charge Allowance. 7.2.1 A Registered Nurse who is designated to be in charge of the facility or section during a shift will be paid the allowance set out in Item 8, 9 or 10 of Appendix Three where applicable.
In Charge Allowance a. A Registered Nurse / Midwife in charge of a shift in a xxxx or unit during the day, evening or night in the absence of the Nursing Unit Manager, will be paid an amount as set out in Item 5. A Registered Nurse / Midwife who is designated to be in charge during a shift will be paid the allowance set out in Item 5 of Schedule Two, per shift.
In Charge Allowance. 2.3.1 Until 7 May 2018 a cleaner placed in charge of other cleaners, or a canteen staff member placed in charge of other canteen staff, shall receive the following additional payment. • 3 - 9 other workers - 34 cents an hour • 10 - 19 other workers - 54 cents an hour • more than 19 other workers - 78 cents an hour
In Charge Allowance. (a) A registered nurse who is designated by the Employer to be in charge of a residential service will be paid the allowance set out in Item 1 or 2 of Schedule B, Table 2 where applicable.
In Charge Allowance. Employees party to this agreement, when placed in an "In Charge" position by management, will be paid a further $25.00 per duty while engaged in such work.
In Charge Allowance a) In Intensive inpatient rehabilitation services where the Nursing Services Manager or other registered nurse paid under the Senior Nursing scale is not on-premises, the registered nurse delegated as in-charge is entitled to a nurse in-charge allowance of $2.65 per hour in addition to the normal hourly rate for those hours they are sole charge.
