PROCEDURE FOR GRIEVANCES AFFECTING A GROUP OF EMPLOYEES. The Association may elect to file a grievance on behalf of two or more employees employed in the same department, office, or bureau. The facts and issues of the grievance must be the same. In cases where the issues identified in the grievance affect more employees than are identified as grievants, the parties may agree that the remedy may be applied to those employees upon their consent, if needed.
