Prior to Commencing Work. □ Alberta One-Call must be contacted; □ Private Landowner Crossing Agreement must be signed by the Grantor and Xxxxxxx; □ The Grantee must contact the Grantor’s Field Representative directly, either in person or by telephone, a minimum of 48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Statutory Holidays) before commencement of Grantee’s Work within 30 meters of the Crossing Area; □ A copy of this Agreement must be available in the Crossing Area;
