Crossing Area definition

Crossing Area means the area of intersection of Grantor’s rights of way and the Minister’s interest in the said lands and/or Facilities as outlined in Schedule ”B”;
Crossing Area means the area of intersection of Grantor’s and Grantee’s rights- of-way and/or Facilities as outlined in red on Schedule “B”;
Crossing Area means the area of the Lands outlined on the first page of this Consent and in Schedule B where Grantee’s Facility crosses the Lands and/or where Grantee’s Work and/or Activities are taking place.

Crossing Area means the area of Grantor's Lands outlined on the first page of this Consent and in ScheduleB where Grantee’s Facility crosses Grantor's Lands and/or where Grantee’s Work and/or Activities are taking place.

Related to Crossing Area

  • Crossing means a utility facility constructed over, under, or across a railroad right-of-way. The term does not include longitudinal occupancy of railroad right-of-way.
