Common use of Prior Experience Credit Clause in Contracts

Prior Experience Credit. Full credit will be given for previous teaching experience up to twenty-five (25) years of teaching experience in a duly accredited public school. Up to five (5) years of teaching experience will be given for full-time employment in a parochial school, private school, Department of Defense school, or Department of State school. Additionally, credit for related work experience and military experience may be given. This credit shall be granted at the time of initial employment, and once granted and verified, may not later be diminished.
