Journeyman. GROUP I: All applicants for employment who have three and one-half (3½) or more years of experience in the trade, are residents of the geographical area constituting the normal construction labor market, have passed a Journeyman's examination given by a duly constituted Outside Local Union of the I.B.E.W., and who have been employed for a period of at least one (1) year in the last three and one-half (3½) years in the geographical area covered by the collective bargaining agreement.
Journeyman. This person shall be licensed by the State of Florida and have any other license necessary to perform work under this contract. The Journeyman shall report to the Master Electrician. The Journeyman shall be able to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot problems throughout the job.
Journeyman. Journeyman. The person shall have a minimum of five (5) years of verifiable work experience performing plumbing services as outlined in the Scope of Service. The Journeyman shall report directly to the Master Plumber.
Journeyman. A Journeyman labor category has 3 to 10 years of experience and a BA/BS or MA/MS degree. A Journeyman labor category typically performs all functional duties independently.
Journeyman. A skilled butcher xxxxxxx who has either served a complete apprenticeship in his trade or has developed equivalent ability by practical experience and is capable of cutting and preparing meat in forms acceptable to the Retail Trade and in a manner that will yield the maximum of profitable cuts from a carcass. He must also be proficient in waiting on customers and have the knowledge and ability to perform the general detailed tasks in the Meat and Fish Department.
Journeyman. With reference to clerks hired prior to July 1, 1986, the Employer agrees not to replace them with employees hired on or after July 1, 1986, for the purpose of taking advantage of the lower rates effective on or after July 1, 1986.
Journeyman. A journeyman is a skilled meat cutter who either served his apprenticeship in accordance with the period of time as set forth in the Agreement or who has qualified as a skilled meat cutter. His duties shall consist of handling, cutting, selling, processing, pricing and displaying of meat, poultry, sausage or fish: fresh, frozen, chilled or smoked, and the performance of all work incidental thereto.
Journeyman. If less than two (2) years have elapsed, employee shall be considered as a Journeyman. If two to three (2-3) years have elapsed, employee shall be considered a Step 4 Apprentice; if three to four (3-4) years have elapsed, the employee shall be considered a Step 3 Apprentice for three (3) months and then be given a Step 4 Apprentice rate for three (3) months, then given Journeyman rate. If more than four (4) years have elapsed, no credit shall be given.
Journeyman. A QUALIFIED employee in a skilled trade or craft who has completed an apprenticeship or equivalent training and who is expected to perform all levels of work within his or her base trade and complete any assignment consistent with skills acquired through previous experience and/or training.
