Pricing Information Fixed Hourly Rate. A fixed hourly rate as detailed in the Tender Submission will be paid for contracted hours under the domiciliary care service Zone Contracts (Lots 1 to 6) as detailed in Appendix 7 . This hourly rate includes any enhancements for evenings, nights, weekends and Public Holidays. The fixed hourly rate will apply to all scheduled Service visits of 2.5 hours duration or less. Service visits of 2.5 hours or more will be paid at a lower hourly rate as detailed in the Tender Submission. The fixed hourly rate has been calculated to enable Service Providers to pay: a minimum hourly rate for Staff who deliver direct Service as detailed in the Tender Submission travel time and travel expenses between Service visits pension contributions annual leave national insurance Indicative Hours Available in the Zones The indicative weekly and annual cost of each Zone, based on indicative hours as of 08/03/17 as detailed in Appendix 10 Indicative Hours Available in the Zones for Service Providers. Rural Enhancement Payment The Council may also supplement the standard hourly rate with a Rural Enhancement Payment as detailed in the Tender Submission for each Service visit carried out by Staff where the visit is scheduled to be less than 2.5 hours duration, in the geographical locations highlighted on the maps in Appendix 9. This does not apply to Joint Households or within sheltered housing schemes. In these situations, one Rural Enhancement Payment will be made for the first visit. Night Services Sleeping Nights of 8 hours duration will be paid a single payment per night as detailed in the Tender Submission (The Rural Enhancement Payment does not apply to Sleeping Nights.) Waking Nights will be paid at an hourly rate as detailed in the Tender Submission (The Rural Enhancement Payment does not apply to Waking Nights.)
