Prevailing Wage Rates; Hours of Work. The Contractor and all Subcontractors shall: (a) pay their respective workers wage rates not less than the prevailing wage rate established for the classification, trade or work performed by each worker; (b) maintain complete and accurate payroll records for workers engaged in the Work; and (c) if requested by the District, provide Certified Payroll records as required by applicable laws. The Contractor and Subcontractors shall not permit any worker to provide more than eight (8) hours of work per day or forty (40) hours per week without additional compensation as mandated by law. The Contractor shall be subject to all penalties and assessments provided by law or regulation for violation(s) of the prevailing wage rate or hours of work requirements.

Iif the value of the work exceeds $1,000, the Contractor and all Subcontractors shall: (i) pay their respective workers wage rates not less than the prevailing wage rate established for the classification, trade or work performed by each worker; and (ii) maintain complete and accurate payroll records for workers engaged in the Work.   • Normal Hours of Work 6.01 The normal work day is defined as the twenty-four (24) hour period beginning at 12:00 Midnight.

  • Ordinary Hours of Work The ordinary hours of work will be worked any time between 6.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Ordinary hours of work may be varied by agreement between the Employer and the majority of the employees concerned and the ETU State Secretary (via the relevant full time ETU Official) to accommodate the hours or work required for the most efficient and safe operation of the Employer and the requirements of its client. Where agreement is reached to work alternate hours, occupational health and safety principles will prevail. Proper health monitoring procedures will be introduced and suitable rosters clearly agreed prior to commencing work. Adequate supervision must always be provided.
