POWER POINTS Clause Samples

The "Power Points" clause defines the allocation or use of specific points or credits, often within a system, program, or agreement, to measure or control access, privileges, or performance. In practice, this clause may specify how power points are earned, spent, or lost, and what actions or achievements correspond to changes in point totals. Its core function is to provide a clear and structured method for tracking and managing participation, rewards, or authority, thereby ensuring transparency and fairness in the application of the points system.
