Common use of Prescription Drug Program Clause in Contracts

Prescription Drug Program. Subject to 5 (a), (b), (c) and (d) the Company agrees to reimburse an employee for the full cost of prescription drugs not available over-the-counter (and excluding birth control pills or cigarette stop-smoking drugs or aids) required by the employee, his or her current spouse living at home and the employee's children under the age of twenty-one (21), living at home, attending school and not employed.
