Prepaid Leave Plan. Purpose The Prepaid Leave Plan has been developed to afford employees in the bargaining unit the opportunity of taking a leave of absence of between six (6) months and one (1) year and to finance the leave through deferral of wages in an appropriate amount which will be accumulated and together with interest, be paid out at the commencement of the leave.
