Common use of Premium Scheduling Clause in Contracts

Premium Scheduling. It is agreed that a nurse’s availability for additional shifts and/or overtime does not waive the nurse’s right to premium payment provided for under this agreement. It is also agreed that a nurse’s availability does not constitute a request that waives a premium under the Collective Agreement.
