Common use of PRE-JOB CONFERENCE Clause in Contracts

PRE-JOB CONFERENCE. 16.01 Prior to commencement of any project, a Pre-job Conference shall be called by the Company for projects in excess of $2,500,000.00 in value with the Local Union having jurisdiction over the work being performed. A pre-job conference may be called at the option of either party in writing on all projects and the parties agree to meet within (14) days of notice.

PRE-JOB CONFERENCE. 16.01 Prior to commencement of any project, a Pre-job Conference There shall be called by the Company for projects in excess of $2,500,000.00 in value with the Local Union having jurisdiction over the work being performed. A a pre-job conference may be called prior to the start of a job or project, at the option of either party party, where the agreed or estimated price to be paid the Individual Employer and any of his or its subcontractors is one million dollars ($1,000,000) or more where construction conditions or remoteness of the project warrant it. The Individual Employer shall notify, in writing on all projects and writing, the parties agree to meet appropriate Local Union of the Union of an award of work within ten (1410) days of noticethereof so that a pre-job conference can be arranged.
