VACANCIES AND NEW POSITIONS 17.01 The Gallery shall post notice of permanent and temporary job vacancies subject to Article 4 – Temporary Full-Time Employees for a period of seven (7) calendar days before any such job is filled. Probationary employees shall not be entitled to apply for posted vacancies. It is agreed that the Gallery will not interview external applicants until applications from existing employees have been reviewed and bargaining unit employees who are qualified in the opinion of the Gallery have been interviewed. Further, the Gallery will notify existing applicants in writing once the successful application is selected.
Posting of Vacancies At the point the Department proceeds to fill a vacant position by open competition, lateral transfer or promotion, such information will be publicized within the Department for a minimum of five (5) working days.
Posting of Positions Notice of any opening for a promotional position shall be posted in all schools and departments by the Division of Human Resources & Equity.
Posting of Seniority Lists See the Local Provisions Appendix L5.
Posting of Seniority List A seniority list shall be posted on or before November 30. The Employer shall prepare and post electronically a seniority list indicating, by area of certification, the first day worked and the contract status (limited or continuing) of each employee. Said list shall be provided to the Association President on or before the date of posting.
Granting of Vacation Leave 18.02 (1) In granting vacation leave with pay to an employee, the Employer shall make every reasonable effort:
Transfer to Directors and Senior Officers (1) You may transfer escrow securities within escrow to existing or, upon their appointment, incoming directors or senior officers of the Issuer or any of its material operating subsidiaries, if the Issuer’s board of directors has approved the transfer.
New Positions A. Each newly created position shall be assigned by the Employer to the national craft unit most appropriate for such position within thirty (30) days after its creation. Before such assignment of each new position the Employer shall consult with the Union for the purpose of assigning the new position to the national craft unit most appropriate for such position. Labour Management Meetings The committee meeting shall normally be held every second month however, either party may call a meeting of the Joint Labour Management Committee. The meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement but no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the initial request, unless mutually agreed.
Executive Office; Maintenance of Offices The Seller shall give Ally Auto written notice within ten (10) days of any relocation of its principal executive office if, as a result of such relocation, the applicable provisions of the UCC would require the filing of any amendment of any previously filed financing or continuation statement or of any new financing statement. The Seller shall at all times maintain each office from which it originates Receivables and its principal executive office within the United States of America.
