Common use of Posting of Shift Schedules Clause in Contracts

Posting of Shift Schedules. (a) Shift schedules shall be posted and/or made readily available not less than twenty-eight (28) calendar days in advance. When the Employer initiates a change in the Employee's schedule of an Employee, working in a part-time or full-time position, with less than seven (7) calendar days notice, the Employee shall be paid at one and one-half times (1 1/2X) for all hours worked on the first (1st) shift of the changed schedule.
