Common use of Posting of Shift Schedules Clause in Contracts

Posting of Shift Schedules. All shift schedules shall be posted not less than fourteen (14) calendar days in advance. Shift schedules posted shall cover a minimum two (2) week period. When a change is made in the Regular employee’s posted schedule, work days, the employee shall be informed and the change shall be recorded on the Shift Schedule. When such change is made the employee shall be notified as soon as possible.

Posting of Shift Schedules. (a) All shift schedules shall be posted not less than fourteen twenty-eight (1428) calendar days in advance. Shift schedules posted shall cover a minimum two four (24) week period. When a change is made in the Regular employeeEmployee’s posted schedule, scheduled work days, days the employee Employee shall be informed and the change shall be recorded on the Shift Scheduleshift schedule. When such change is made with less than seven (7) calendar days notice, the employee Regular Employee shall be notified as soon as possiblepaid at two times (2X) the Basic Rate of Pay for all hours worked on the first (1st) shift of the changed schedule.

When such change is made with less than seven (7) calendar days notice, the employee Employee shall be notified as soon as possiblepaid at one and one half times (1 ½ X) the Basic Rate of Pay for all hours worked on the first shift of the changed schedule.
