Common use of Posting of Shift Schedules Clause in Contracts

Posting of Shift Schedules. The Employer agrees to post shift schedules at least two (2) weeks in advance and that there will be no change in the posted shift schedules except with the consent of the employee(s), or in the event of an emergency or as provided in Article C1.06.
