POSITIONS OF RESPONSIBILITY. 6.01 (a) The Board shall request applications to fill any position of responsibility by means of a notice which shall be included in the Director's Bulletin. The notice shall precede any public advertisement except when schools are closed or in an emergency. A copy of the Bulletin shall also be addressed and sent directly to the OECTA representative in each school.
