Plans Offered by the District. The Board agrees to contract with Independence Blue Cross/Blue Shield to provide the C4-F3-02 Plan. The Health Benefit Plans outlined in this section shall be collectively referred to as "Health Benefit Plans" of the District.

  • Optional Purchases by the Corporation Subject to compliance with applicable securities legislation and approval of applicable regulatory authorities, if any, the Corporation may from time to time purchase by private contract or otherwise any of the Warrants. Any such purchase shall be made at the lowest price or prices at which, in the opinion of the directors of the Corporation, such Warrants are then obtainable, plus reasonable costs of purchase, and may be made in such manner, from such persons and on such other terms as the Corporation, in its sole discretion, may determine. In the case of Warrant Certificates, Warrant Certificates representing the Warrants purchased pursuant to this Section 5.1 shall forthwith be delivered to and cancelled by the Warrant Agent and reflected accordingly on the register of Warrants. In the case of Uncertificated Warrants, the Warrants purchased pursuant to this Section 5.1 shall be reflected accordingly on the register of Warrants and in accordance with procedures prescribed by the Depository under the book entry registration system. No Warrants shall be issued in replacement thereof.

  • School District For purposes of administering this Agreement, the term "School District" shall mean the School Board or its designated representative.

  • COOPERATIVE PURCHASING PROGRAM PARTICIPATION Arkansas' Purchasing Law provides that local public procurement units (counties, municipalities, school districts, certain nonprofit corporations, etc.) may participate in state purchasing contracts. The contractor therefore agrees to sell to Cooperative Purchasing Program participants at the option of the program participants. Unless otherwise stated, all standard and special terms and conditions listed within the contract must be equally applied to such participants.

  • FLORIDA PREPAID COLLEGE PROGRAM FOR HOUSING If the Student has or is a beneficiary of a Florida Prepaid College Dormitory Program (FPCDP) housing plan, UCF DHRL can bill the FPCDP housing plan to cover most prepayments and rental amounts. However, the Student is hereby notified that:

  • Report of Contract Purchases Contractor shall furnish quarterly reports containing total sales for both State Agency and other Authorized User contract purchases no later than thirty (30) days after the close of each calendar quarter using the form set out in Appendix E, Report of Contract Purchases. In addition to Contractor direct sales, Contractor shall submit sales information for all resellers, dealers, distributors or other authorized distribution channels, where such contract sales are provided by other than the Contractor. A separate report shall be provided for each authorized distribution channel. Contractors shall verify if each alternate vendor is a NYS certified minority- or women- owned business (MBE or WBE, respectively). The required reporting elements will be provided by OGS. If appropriate means are integrated into the NYS Statewide Financial System (SFS) Portal to allow direct input of the required reporting information, submission of the Report of Contract Purchases will migrate to that venue and the Contractor will follow the reporting format established within the SFS Vendor Portal. Announcement of any such new capability and reporting requirement will be made via a purchasing memorandum which will be forwarded to Contractor.

  • ARTISTES AND SPORTSMEN 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 14 and 15, income derived by a resident of a Contracting State as an entertainer, such as a theatre, motion picture, radio or television artiste, or a musician, or as a sportsman, from his personal activities as such exercised in the other Contracting State, may be taxed in that other State.
