Plan Years 2019, 2020 and 2021. A. For Plan Years 2019, 2020 and 2021 the Employer will pay ninety-five percent (95%) and the employee will pay five percent (5%) of the monthly premium rate for PEBB health, vision, dental and basic insurance benefits.

Plan Years 2019, 2020 and 2021. For Plan Years 2019, 2020 and 2021 the Employer will pay ninety-five percent (95%) and the employee will pay five percent (5%) of the monthly premium rate as determined by PEBB. For employees who enroll in a medical plan that is at least ten percent (10%) lower in cost than the monthly premium rate for the highest cost plan available to the majority of employees, the Employer shall pay ninety-nine percent (99%) of the monthly premium for PEBB health, vision, dental and basic life insurance benefits and the employee shall pay one percent (1%).

  • Contract Duration and Annual Salary 1. The College hereby employs the Administrator in the capacity of Controller, Associate Professor for one year(s), commencing on July 1, 2021 and terminating on June 30, 2022.   • Salary Deductions Salaried employees (E-level classifications) who are permanently assigned to full-time job classifications are paid on a bi-weekly salary basis.
