Additionally, use both appropriate terminology for access and functional needs and person-first language throughout the ERP, consistent with the standards described in Appendix 6 - Communicating with and about Individuals with Access and Functional Needs. Plan: A collection of related documents used to direct response or activities. • Plans may include up to four types of documents, which are the following: Basic Plan, Attachment, Appendix and Annex. • When referenced, plans are designated with bold, italicized, underlined font.
