Place of Conference. The conference shall be scheduled for a reasonable time and shall be conducted at the Board's Administrative office it is mutually agreed between the Superintendent and the Association President to meet at a different location.

Conference Telephone Meetings Directors or members of any committee of the Board may participate in a meeting of the Board or such committee by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and such participation in a meeting shall constitute presence in person at such meeting.

Such documentation must be certified by an authorized officer of Local Church and shall be included as an Exhibit A to this Disaffiliation Agreement.
