Physicians’ Allocation. TSR: COUNTY shall appropriate in the County General Fund an 16 amount equal to TSR funds specifically designated for emergency medical services provided by 17 emergency room physicians and emergency room on-call physician specialists, in accordance with all 18 applicable governmental laws, regulations, and requirements as they exist now or may hereafter be 19 amended or changed.
Physicians’ Allocation. Other: COUNTY shall deposit into the Fund, or in the County 21 General Fund, as appropriate, any funds not specifically identified in the Contract but expressly deemed 22 by law, regulation, or other legal action, to be used for partial reimbursement of uncompensated 23 Emergency Services and/or Care provided by Physicians.
