Physician Hiring. The Joint Practice Management Board shall, in conjunction with PC, determine, the number and type of physicians required for the efficient operation of PC. In addition to any other approvals required under this Agreement or the Physician-Stockholder Agreements, the approval of the Joint Practice Management Board shall be required for any modifications to the restrictive covenants contained in any physician employment agreement.
Physician Hiring. The Policy Board shall determine the number and type of physicians required for the efficient operation of the Practice. The approval of the Policy Board shall be required prior to any variation in the restrictive covenants contained in any employment agreement between a physician and Provider.
Physician Hiring. The Policy Council, with information and analysis provided by ProMedCo, shall determine the number and type of physicians and Physician Extenders required for the efficient operation of the Clinic and ADC shall determine the individual physicians to be hired to fill such positions. The approval of the Policy Council shall be required for any variations to the restrictive covenants in any physician employment contract.
Physician Hiring. The Management Team shall recommend the number and ---------------- type of physicians required for the efficient and effective operation of the Practice.
Physician Hiring. The Oversight Committee shall determine the number and type of physicians required for the efficient operation of each Clinic. The approval of the Oversight Committee shall be required for any variations to the restrictive covenants in any physician employment contract.
Physician Hiring. The Joint Practices Management Board shall, in conjunction with PA and Co-Occupants, determine the number and type of physicians required for the efficient operation of the Facilities.
Physician Hiring. Make recommendations regarding the number and type of physicians required for the efficient operation of Reproductive Partners; provided, the final determination on physician hiring shall be made by Reproductive Partners.
Physician Hiring. The Practice Management Board shall make recommendations regarding the number and type of physicians required for the efficient operation of LLC; provided, the final determination on physician hiring shall be made by LLC.
Physician Hiring. Make recommendations regarding the number and type of physicians required for the efficient operation of UFC; provided, the final determination on physician hiring shall be made by UFC.
Physician Hiring. The Policy Board shall determine the number and type of physicians required for the efficient operation of Practice, provided Practice shall have the final authority over physician hiring and termination. The approval of the Policy Board, which for this purpose must include the approval of at least one member designated by Manager, shall be required for any variations to, or any exceptions from, the restrictive covenants which must be included in any physician employment contract in conformance with Article VII hereof. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, all decisions with respect to hiring and terminating the employment of physicians shall be subject to the final approval of Practice.
