Common use of Physician Hiring Clause in Contracts

Physician Hiring. The Policy Council, with information and analysis provided by ProMedCo, shall determine the number and type of physicians and Physician Extenders required for the efficient operation of the Clinic and ADC shall determine the individual physicians to be hired to fill such positions. The approval of the Policy Council shall be required for any variations to the restrictive covenants in any physician employment contract.

Physician Hiring. The Policy Council, with information and analysis provided by ProMedCo, shall determine the number and type of physicians and Physician Extenders required for the efficient operation of the Clinic and ADC Clinic; provided, however, that CPC shall determine make the final determination as to the individual physicians to be hired to fill such positions. The approval of the Policy Council ProMedCo shall be required for any variations to the restrictive covenants in any physician employment contract. The Policy Council shall approve all physician recruiting.
