Persons Entitled to be Present. The only persons entitled to attend a meeting of the shareholders of the Corporation shall be those persons entitled to notice thereof, those entitled to vote thereat and others who although not entitled to notice thereof are entitled or required under any provision of the Act or the by-laws to be present at the meeting. Any other person may be admitted only on the invitation of the chairman of the meeting or with the consent of the meeting.
