Permitted Uses of PHI. Business Associate shall Use PHI only as necessary to perform the Services, for Business Associate’s proper management and administration, or to carry out Business Associate’s legal responsibilities. If and only to the extent part of the Services, Business Associate may perform data aggregation with regard to the health care operations of Covered Entity.

Permitted Uses of PHI. The Business Associate may use PHI only as permitted or required by this BAA for the following purposes: (a) as necessary to provide the Services; (b) to carry out its legal responsibilities; (c) for the proper business management and administration of the Business Associate; and (d) as Required by Law.
Permitted Uses of PHI. Except as otherwise limited in this Addendum, each Party may use PHI for its proper management and administration or to carry out its legal responsibilities. A Party may also use PHI to provide Data Aggregation subject to the provisions of II.D herein.
