Data Aggregation. In the event that Business Associate works for more than one Covered Entity, Business Associate is permitted to use and disclose PHI for data aggregation purposes, however, only in order to analyze data for permitted health care operations, and only to the extent that such use is permitted under the HIPAA Rules.
Data Aggregation. Data Aggregation" means, with respect to PHI created or received by Business Associate in its capacity as the Business Associate of Covered Entity, the combining of such PHI by the Business Associate with the PHI received by the Business Associate in its capacity as a Business Associate of another covered entity, to permit data analyses that relate to the health care operations of the respective covered entities.
Data Aggregation. To permit the Business Associate to provide data aggregation services relating to the operations of Agency. Aggregation is defined as combining PHI received from multiple Business Associates to produce data analysis that relates to the operation of the respective Covered Entities.
Data Aggregation. Business Associate may use PHI to provide data aggregation services related to the health care operations of the Covered Entity as permitted by 45 C.F.R. § 164.504(e)(2)(i)(B).
Data Aggregation. “Data Aggregation” shall have the same meaning as the term “data aggregation” in 45 CFR §164.501.
Data Aggregation. Sales and employment data will be aggregated to determine the size of our industry in four broad categories – a) centrifugal fans, b) axial fans, c) powered roof and wall ventilators, and d) louvers/dampers/shutters.
Data Aggregation. Where authorized by Covered Entity under the Service Arrangement, Business Associate may use PHI to provide Data Aggregation services as permitted by 45 CFR §164.504(e)(2)(i)(B) and the Service Arrangement.
Data Aggregation. Business Associate may use and disclose PHI received by Business Associate in its capacity as a Business Associate of Covered Entity to provide the following Data Aggregation services relating to the health care operations of Covered Entity: (i) to evaluate use of system, (ii) to improve and enhance the performance of the system, (iii) to develop updates to the system, (iv) to create, develop or enhance the functionality of the system, or (v) for other business purposes.
Data Aggregation. In the event that BA works for more than one covered entity, BA is not permitted to use and disclose PHI for data aggregation purposes, however, only in order to analyze data for permitted health care operations, and only to the extent that such use is permitted under the HIPAA Administrative Simplification.
Data Aggregation. At the request and direction of Covered Entity, Business Associate may provide data aggregation services relating to the health care operations of Covered Entity.
