Permits, Deposits, and Fees a. In order to be eligible for field scheduling, Field User Organization must hold a valid City of Millbrae Athletic Field Permit. A copy of such permit should be carried by a representative of Field User Organization on-site during scheduled use of the City’s Athletic Fields and must be presented to City staff upon request. These permits are non-transferable and may not be passed on to other groups/organizations or person(s). Field User Organization must adhere to the designated activity, time(s), location(s), and date(s) of assigned use. Authorized permits will only be distributed after the seasonal scheduling meetings and all required documentation has been submitted (proof of insurance, rosters, etc.) To the extent, there are any discrepancies between the terms of a City of Millbrae Athletic Field Permit and this Field User Contract, the terms of the City of Millbrae Athletic Field Permit shall control. City of Millbrae Athletic Field Permits may expire by their own terms. Field User Organization is responsible for renewing such permits and complying with all terms of renewal, including submission of all required information.

  • Permits and Fees Contractor shall secure and pay for all permits, governmental fees, licenses and inspections necessary for the proper execution and completion of Work which are customarily secured after execution of the Contract and which are legally required. Contractor shall give all notices and comply with all laws, ordinances, rules, regulations and lawful orders of any public authority bearing on the performance of the Work.

  • Dues and Fees Grantee certifies that it is not prohibited from receiving an Award because it pays dues or fees on behalf of its employees or agents, or subsidizes or otherwise reimburses them for payment of their dues or fees to any club which unlawfully discriminates (775 ILCS 25/1 et seq.).

  • Payments and Fees Customer must pay the Fees according to the payment terms in the Sales Order in the currency stated. All invoices will only be delivered electronically using the billing and contact information provided by Customer. ORDER OF PRECEDENCE., therein.

New or amended service charges and fees will become effective on the stated effective date following publication, when The Services are requested or performed, or when incurred, and in any event, no later than 30 days after publication by Us.

  • PERMITS, FEES AND NOTICES 4.7.1 Unless otherwise provided in the Contract Documents, the Contractor shall secure and pay for all permits and governmental fees, licenses and inspections necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Work which are customarily secured after execution of the Contract and which are legally required at the time the bids are received. Contractor shall comply with the regulations and requirements of any insurance company which issues a policy on any part of the work or site.

  • Expenses and Fees Except as expressly provided otherwise herein, all costs and expenses incurred in connection with this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby shall be paid by the Party incurring such expenses.

  • Account Rates and Fees The Credit Union's payment of dividends on any account is subject to the account rates and fees, earnings, payment and balance requirements as set forth on the Rate and Fee Schedule and each Share Certificate Account Receipt, which are incorporated herein by this reference.
