Dues and Fees Sample Clauses

The 'Dues and Fees' clause establishes the obligation of a party, typically a member or participant, to pay specified amounts for membership, participation, or services. It outlines the types of payments required, such as annual dues, initiation fees, or special assessments, and may detail payment schedules, methods, and consequences for late or missed payments. This clause ensures that the organization receives necessary funding to operate and clarifies the financial responsibilities of each party, thereby preventing misunderstandings and disputes over payment expectations.
