Common use of Permanent-Intermittent Employees Clause in Contracts

Permanent-Intermittent Employees. Permanent-Intermittent employees who work on a holiday are entitled to receive overtime pay at the rate of one and one half (1.5) times his/her base rate of pay (not including differentials) for a maximum of eight (8) hours worked on the holiday.
